Who we are
This site, https://uh.live, is published by Groupe Allo-Media, the controller of your data. The legal information, the lawful bases, the storage periods and how to exercise your rights are set out in the legal notices, which are the reference. This page describes what this site actually does with your data.
What this site does not collect
This site has no account, no login area, no comments and no file upload. Apart from the host’s technical logs, described just below, nothing is collected from your visit alone: the audience measurement only starts once you have agreed to it.
Hosting
The site is hosted and served by Netlify. Like any web server, Netlify receives your IP address and records it in its technical logs, which is what makes sending you the pages, and defending against attacks, possible at all. Those logs are not used for audience measurement, which relies on the tool described below and on your agreement.
Netlify, Inc. is a United States company, with its head office at 101 2nd Street, San Francisco. This transfer outside the European Union is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which Netlify has signed up to.

They are the only places where you hand us any data, and filling them in is your decision alone.

Where your message goes
It is carried by EmailJS, our sending provider, and lands in the mailbox of the uh!ive team, at contact@uh.live. It is passed to no one else.
EmailJS Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore company whose servers are located in the United States, with Amazon Web Services. Your data passes through them and stays readable in our account history for as long as that account is active. This transfer outside the European Union is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Audience measurement
We use Google Analytics 4 to know which pages are read. Nothing is loaded before you have clicked "Accept all" in the banner: for as long as you have not answered, and if you refuse, no request is sent to Google and no cookie is written.
The name of the cookies, their lifetime and the transfers to Google are set out in the legal notices.
You can change your mind at any time, through the "Manage cookies" button at the foot of every page. A refusal deletes the cookies already written.
Where your choice is stored
Your answer to the banner is kept in your own browser, in local storage, under the key uhlive.consent. It holds two things: your answer, and the date you gave it. No identifier, nothing that could recognise you. It is kept six months, after which the question is put to you again.
Videos
The videos on this site are hosted on YouTube and called through the youtube-nocookie.com domain. Nothing is loaded until you start playback: before that click, no request goes to Google or to YouTube. From the moment you start a video, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies to that playback.
Typefaces
They are served by this site, from its own files. No request is made to Google Fonts or to any other supplier, and your IP address is therefore given to no third party on that account.
What this site does not do
- No advertising, no advertising pixel, no tracking social media button.
- No resale, no exchange, no renting of your data.
- No profiling, no automated decision concerning you.
